I don’t think a day goes by without me looking something up on Wikipedia. It’s a wonderful resource to learn more about historical events, technology, people, movies and anything else you can imagine.
While I wouldn’t use Wikipedia as a source for writing a school research paper, it’s the perfect place to get a better understanding of a vast array of topics. For example, as part of my copywriting, I’ve used Wikipedia to better understand how certain things work so I can write about them more effectively.
- Heating and Air Conditioning
- Wi-Fi
- COVID-19
- Essential Oils
- RFID
- Double-Pane Windows
- Electrostatics
It’s all there, just waiting for you to explore. Just be careful. Learn too much about anything in particular and you just might find yourself turning into a geek, just like me.
Until next time, may the Force be with you.
